This event I figured I wanted to learn how to craft more expensive stuff. I’ve made some divs, lost some divs, got very lucky and mostly unlucky.

I want to craft these +2 level of all projectile skills gloves. I was planning on fracturing +2 level, but I hit on the first aug 43% of armour to elemental damage and I figured that i can go from here.

On trade I can see that most people have +2 level of all projectile skills from desecration, and I don’t really understand why, as I figured omen of light would be more expensive than chaos spam. But I’m already past that now.

I was planning on finding an accuracy block via desecration but I couldn’t find it first try and then I realised that I have no plan for how to craft it - as I was planning to fracture +2 level.

Any recommendations on how to proceed?On prefix I’d like projectile damage, projectile speed and armour or life.On suffixes I figured I can essence for crit damage bonus.

My current plan:

Essence for crit damage bonus with the prefix omen.

Desecrate blocker (accuracy?)

Yolo exalt

Desecrate projectile/damage/ whatever is left.

The reason why you see so many +2desecrates is the process of crafting is much cheaper. If you do your prefixes first you can just guaranty the last 2 suffixes.

You can probably essence with prefix crystallization omen to get the crit damage and remove the desecrated mod so you can desecrate again and get the accuracy block. But after that no choice but to double perfect exalt slam and whittle to do prefixes

but whittle will most likely hit bonus crit damage, right?

True, dunno how worth it is to combine chaos prefix omen with whittle, might be pretty expensive if youre chasing perfect mods.

At this point I think the easiest path is to essence for crit and work on the prefixes after. Depending on whether you have a spare socket, the prefixes will be a lot easier with Astrid’s.

i did it like this. i can still desecrate for projectile speed, but I figured that maybe it’s better to have armour for armour to ele.

but I’m curious on what do you mean by easier with Astrid’s.

also, now I’m having second thoughts on the actual craft. does +2 proj builds want armour to elemental damage? :((

I’m not at my computer to double check PoBDB but iirc you can use Astrid’s to make it cheaper to hit your first prefix by using Soverign Alloy with a sinistral omen.
