how to safely remove reduced attributes?
If it’s the lowest tier modifier then you can use an omen of whittling, but other than that you’d have to use an omen of dextral? (Whatever is suffix) Annulment with an annul orb and pray you hit 1/3rd chance. Someone else might have a better idea.

the reduced attribute mod is T1, are u saying i could use a wittle and change that mod?
He said it in a really confusing way, whittling works on the lowest ilvl modifier. An omen of whittling though is worth so much more than this spear is worth though so it would just better to start again.

Whittling is based on the ilvl of the mod, not the tier
is there a way to see the ilvl in game? or only on poe2db?

Your only bet is a risky and expensive 1⁄3 chance to drop that specific mod (or 1⁄6 for cheap), then you have like 1% chance to hit crit on your exalt/chaos. Basically not happening
yea, the only path’s i seen were 1⁄3 gambles, but i figured i would ask here first before i did something i might regret haha
Check poe2db and go into items and then look at mods. They tell you the lvl and you can use that info to determine if a whittle would be able to target that mod safely. That wouldve been the only way to get a few shots at it
Check if it’s the lowest Ivl mod and whittle it. Otherwise you can fracture and pray you hit the mod you don’t want to lose otherwise you are fucked

Whittle won’t work since reduced attribute has more weigth than other 2 suffixes and the cost of rerolling these stats will be too much. You better start with a new base instead it will be cheaper than try with this one.
Its not about weight, its about ilvl of the mod. Regardless this isn’t worth sinking anything into.
I know, but if he’s asking this question better to give him short informations to make the right choice or atleast make him search a bit to actually understands why it’s not worth it.
Suffix whittle will take proj skills, reduced attributes is same level as essence attack speed but proj levels is lower. Best bet is to suffix chaos and hope for the 1⁄3, losing the attack speed would free up a crafted mod but really…idk how worth it is to spend that currency vs leaving it as is and farming up something more
